Hi, I’m Richard Roppa-Roberts — founder of Roundtable Labs, strategic consultant, and a lifelong community builder. I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping accountants and bookkeepers find their voice, their value, and their people. Along the way, I’ve hosted thousands of hours of Roundtables and masterminds that prove one thing: when we show up as ourselves, real growth happens.

As a proud LGBTQ+ business owner, I believe belonging isn’t optional — it’s essential. My work is all about creating spaces where we can be heard, supported, and even laugh a little while we’re at it.

When I’m not coaching or connecting people, you’ll probably find me hunting for vintage calculators, Pyrex, or something quirky that looks like it belongs in an old TV set.
