Pride in Numbers: An LGBTQ+ & Allies Roundtable

Welcome to Pride in Numbers, a vibrant community of LGBTQIA+ and Ally professionals working in accounting, tax, and finance. Our mission is to create a welcoming and supportive space for authentic connection, personal growth, and professional collaboration.

Whether you’re just starting your career, running your own firm, or working in a large organization, Pride in Numbers offers a space to build meaningful relationships, share your experiences, and be part of something bigger.

⏰ When We Meet

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

  • Monthly Roundtable meetups (virtual)
  • A private, supportive online community hosted on Circle
  • Peer networking with like-minded professionals
  • A safe space to explore LGBTQIA+ topics in the workplace

👤 Who We Are

Pride in Numbers was co-founded by:

  • Brian Streig, CPA – Tax Director, Italian food enthusiast, and part-time mountain dweller
  • Richard Roppa-Roberts – Community strategist and founder of Roundtable Labs
  • Rebeccah Johnson – Accounting firm leader and outspoken advocate for belonging
  • Dave Kersting – Advisor, ally, and collaborative thought partner

Together, we saw a need for a space like this and created one—with the help of Roundtable Labs.
